| This study analyzes the power transmission and distribution industry,selects SL Electric Company,a representative company in this industry in China,as a case,analyzes the operating status of the company from the aspects of the company’s management structure,team building and market layout,and analyzes the company’s current competitive landscape from the industry environment.Combined with the current political,economic,social and other macro environment analysis of the company’s future development opportunities and challenges,and then find the current SL Electric company’s future development of the appropriate path.In the research,strategic management theory and PEST analysis model were used to analyze the internal and external environment of the company,combined with SWOT model to make a deep analysis of the company’s development,and combined with the actual situation of the company to make a number of strategic alternatives such as SO,WO,ST and WT.In order to give full play to the advantages of the company’s own resources and capabilities and seize the market opportunities,the company finally chooses SO strategy as the corporate strategy,and combines the differentiation strategy as the competitive strategy,and expounds the implementation path of the competitive strategy from two aspects of service differentiation and product differentiation respectively.The core of the company’s strategy is to concentrate superior resources to develop core products,promote the upgrading of product structure,aim at the direction of comprehensive energy business,carry out a comprehensive market layout,improve the company’s brand recognition and visibility in the power industry segments,and achieve long-term survival and development.In order to ensure that the company has a more perfect strategic system in the fierce environment,a number of strategic implementation measures are put forward from the corporate culture,organizational structure,internal and external resource allocation.Specifically,it includes optimizing the company’s organizational structure,improving the company’s brand influence,improving the company’s culture system,optimizing the company’s resource allocation,building a digital production system,optimizing the company’s human resources system,etc.,hoping to provide practical guidance for the strategic development of SL Company.Also for the transmission and distribution industry enterprises strategic planning to provide certain reference and reference. |
