Research On The Landscape Design Of Dachang Industrial Civilization Town In Jiangbei District, Nanjing Under The Concept Of Urban Renewa

In recent years,the construction of small towns with domestic characteristics has achieved remarkable results,and the urban renewal action is also advancing in an all-round way.The landscape design of characteristic town construction is the key,which directly affects the quality of people’s living environment.The protection and inheritance of industrial heritage has attracted more and more attention.For this reason,this paper takes Dachang Industrial civilization Town in Jiangbei,Nanjing as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature,case analysis,field investigation,questionnaire survey and practical design to study the landscape status,design strategy and design scheme of Dachang industrial civilization Town in Jiangbei.The thesis mainly includes the following aspects.First of all,the basic theoretical concepts of urban renewal,the development process of urban renewal,the connotation of characteristic town,landscape design,characteristic town landscape design,and industrial civilization are expounded.Secondly,on the basis of case analysis,combined with the results of questionnaire survey and field investigation,the author analyzed the existing practical problems in landscape design of Nanjing Jiangbei Dachang industrial civilization town,such as uneven distribution pattern of landscape resources,unbalanced development,landscape environment quality to be improved,lack of supporting facilities,improper protection and inheritance of industrial heritage,and lack of regional cultural landscape.Thirdly,focus on following the planning first and promote the area;People-oriented,improve quality;Inherit the context and protect the style;Public participation,co-construction and sharing design principle,proposed for the landscape design of Jiangbei Dachang Industrial civilization town by relying on railway corridors to strengthen regional links,improve infrastructure to improve environmental quality,tap industrial resources rich cultural industry,guide the public to participate in building a happy Dachang and other improvement strategies.Finally,the landscape design practice of Jiangbei Dachang industrial civilization town is carried out.Through creating dynamic nodes,connecting landscape corridors;Enrich the function of the site and form a cultural and tourist compound;Create an impression,evoke cultural memory;Attracting public participation and improving humanistic interest and other methods reshape a town public green space with industrial cultural connotation,humanistic interest,health and vitality.The paper successfully implemented the questionnaire survey oriented on residents’ satisfaction,proposed the strategy of landscape design of characteristic towns under the concept of urban renewal,and explored the key points of landscape design practice of characteristic towns,so as to improve the ecological environment of Jiangbei Industrial civilization town,enhance residents’ quality of life,protect and inherit industrial culture,and promote the economic and cultural ecology of the town.Support the high-quality development of Nanjing Jiangbei New Area.It is hoped that the design idea,design strategy and practice scheme of the study can provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the construction and research of characteristic town landscape design.
