Research On Quality Risk Early Waening Of Company Z’s Product Design Process

With the rapid development of economy and technology,competition in the smart tablet industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and th e quality requirements of smart tablet products are becoming higher and higher.If the company fails to discover product quality problems in a timely manner,it will affect customer satisfaction and the company’s brand image.Survival faces major threats.Design quality is the first link of product quality control.The accuracy and timeliness of quality risk early warning directly affects the quality of the subsequent product quality formation process and the quality of product delivery,and then affects customer satisfaction and company brand image.However,the current product design process There are few studies on quality risk early warning,which makes the enterprise product design process quality risk early warning management lack the necessary theoretical guidance.How to accurately warn the product design process quality risk is an issue that Z company quality managers urgently need to study.This article takes Z company as the research object,From the two aspects of the construction of the quality risk early-warning indicator system and the early-warning model of the company Z’s product design process,the company Z’s quality risk early-warning research,on the product design process.Firstly,the related literatures on product design process research and quality risk early-warning are reviewed,and the current status of the product design process quality risk early-warning research is clarified,which lays the theoretical basis for the research in this paper.Secondly,through field surveys and questionnaire surveys to investigate the current status of quality risk early warning in the product design process of company Z,and to clarify the problems existing in company Z’s quality risk early warning in the product design process,including insufficient comprehensive warning indicators,insufficient scientific evaluation standards,and the existence of early warning models Insufficient issues.Then,combining literature analysis method and enterprise interview method,using exploratory factor analysis to explore 15 early warning indicators of quality risk in product design process,and combining set-valued statistical method and improved gray correlation method to determine early warning of quality risk in product design process Combine the weights of each level of the index system and quantify the 15 quality risk early-warning indicators;Based on the five quality risk early-warning levels,divide the early-warning indicator level thresholds;use an improved correlation function instead of the traditional correlation function,A quality risk early warning model of product design process based on improved matter-element extension method was constructed.Finally,early warning is given for the C series products of Z company,the quality risk early warning level of the product design process is determined,and corresponding measures are proposed.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the establishment of a quality risk early warning indicator system for the product design process of company Z,and the improvement of the traditional correlation function,and the establishment of an improved matter element extension-based product design quality risk early warning model.This research can help Z company to improve its product design quality risk early warning ability,and provide a theoretical basis for the company to monitor the quality of the design process,reduce the probability of quality risks,and reduce its hazard.
