Research On Risk Identification And Countermeasures Of District E Block Demolition And Rehabilitation Project In Baohe

In recent years,the rapid economic and social development of China,infrastructure construction investment with the overall advancement of urbanization process,has been increasing year by year.In urban construction,the architectural planning of residential quarters can directly reflect the image of a city,the construction management of residential quarters also represents the level of development of the city.Whether the urban residential area project can carry on the effective risk management has the vital role to the entire city economic development and the ecological civilization construction.Scholars started the project risk management research latein our country,the risk prevention and control system is not complete,many urban residential area construction related enterprises,are not high to the risk management level,the actual utilization rate and the effect all have the big disparity with the developed country,after the risk occurs,can not carry on the effective management,as a result suffers the huge loss,even goes bankrupt rotten tail.Therefore,it is important to start a special research,on the risk management of urban residential district construction project.In this paper,the project of demolition and reconstruction in Block E of Baohe District is taken as the research object.Through the systematic research on the project risk management,at home and abroad,is according to the characteristics of the project itself,in the risk identification phase,20 projec trisk factors are identified by the method of Brainstorming and Delphi,and then,analytic hierarchy process the risk points are obtained,and comprehensive evaluation fuzzy.In the end,according to the engineering practice,the risk countermeasures are put forward to provide feasible risk elusion suggestions for the participants of the project.The project of demolition and reconstruction of site E in Baohe District is a relatively large-scale municipal road project invested by City Hefei,in this paper,the whole project technology processthe construction,management,economy and other comprehensive social activities may face risks for the study,risk management for the project to effect the provide basis for decision-making.That’t hopely that this paper research’s can provide lots of reference for the risk management of the urban community construction in the developing cities of our country,and help the developers to lower the project risk and improve the competitiveness of the enterprises in the mainstream market.Figure[4]Table[14]Reference[51]...
