Air pollution in China is still a serious challenge,with seven of the ten most polluted cities in the world.Motor vehicle exhaust emissions are one of the main culptors of air pollution,so energy saving and emission reduction is imminent,in recent years,the country vigorously promote a variety of vehicle energy saving and emission reduction technology,at the same time,the requirements of automobile exhaust emissions are increasingly strict.KY Company is a technology-based company with turbochargers as its main business.In recent years,China’s turbocharging technology has been constantly updated and new competitors have emerged in the field.KY Company is facing more serious external challenges.Facing the new market environment,KY Company needs to re-analyze the internal and external environment and plan the strategic direction of future development.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the business environment of KY turbocharger products,including internal environment analysis and external environment analysis.Internal environment analysis refers to the analysis of KY Company’s business scope,core competencies and existing risks.The macro environment analysis includes the analysis of politics,economy,culture,society,policies and regulations,etc.Industry environment analysis is mainly to China’s automobile market capacity and turbocharger allocation rate analysis.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment,the paper thinks that the company should adopt the integrated growth strategy,improve the research and development ability through the acquisition of suppliers,ensure the product quality and reduce the cost.According to the requirements of the company’s overall strategy,and combined with the industry situation and existing resources,Paper thinks that in the business competitive strategy should choose "concentration" competitive strategy,resources and capacity,choose market segment,avoid positive competition,the paper also puts forward the management strategy,the company’s financial strategy and human resources development strategy of strategic choice for the concrete function,the paper finally based on integrated growth strategy 6 specific improvement measures are put forward,Including independent structural adjustment,supply chain optimization,marketing strategy adjustment,research and development strategy adjustment and human resource management,to ensure the smooth implementation of KY Company’s growth strategy.
