Although the discussion on "localization" has received more and more attention in recent years.However,the regional cultural landscape will inevitably face problems such as functional renewal and development when it is integrated into the local economy and cultural development process.How to maintain its original basic characteristics has become an urgent problem to be solved in practice.The regional cultural landscape is the materialized result and external representation of the development of traditional culture in various parts of China.There is an internal logic of inheritance,and its morphological characteristics are its core and derived cultural connotations and the behavior and ideology of social groups,the most intuitive way of presentation.However,at this stage,the research on regional cultural landscape mostly stays on the surface elements,and there is a lack of attention to the deep and stable structure within its form.However,the inheritance and protection of the original characteristics of the regional cultural landscape cannot be separated from the study of its core genetic control mechanism.Based on this,the study carried out the research on the regional cultural landscape from the perspective of morphological genes,and constructed the identification,extraction,analysis and evaluation methods of morphological genes.In order to provide an operational path for its protection and inheritance.The research is guided by the genetic theory in biology,and through the interpretation and translation of the regional cultural landscape morphology,the determination method of its morphological genes is constructed,and the samples of Xuanwu Lake Park,Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum Scenic Area and Stone City Ruins Park are taken as objects.Empirical Analysis.Finally,the Ming Palace Museum Ruins Park is selected as the experimental analysis object,and the application process of its method is demonstrated through practice.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analysis of basic types of green space regional cultural landscapes The thesis is based on the basic concept of cultural landscape in the Operational Guidelines for the Implementation of the Convention on the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage,starting from the basic connotation of cultural landscape,it will further deepen the relationship between it and green space,and try to limit the regional cultural landscape of green space,and discuss its composition and classification.(2)Expression of morphological genes of green space regional cultural landscape Try to analyze the connotation of the morphological gene of the green space type regional cultural landscape,analyze the basic principle of its morphogenesis,and initially established the basic framework of analysis,trying to complete the deconstruction and expression of morphological genes,at the same time,combined with the element-chain-shape structure of genes,a method for multi-level description of green space regional cultural landscape morphology is proposed,and the analysis is carried out with examples.(3)Empirical analysis and Application of morphological genes of green space cultural landscapes Thirdly,taking three representative green space cultural landscapes in Nanjing as samples,try to apply the formed method to verify its applicability to the three types of green space regional cultural landscapes.And to further explain how to apply this method,select a typical green space type regional cultural landscape as the research object,and typically use the measurement method to summarize and summarize the morphological gene inheritance strategies used in it.And evaluate it through field research and questionnaire distribution to determine the effectiveness of the strategy,and find suggestions for optimization and improvement through feedback.The complete process of "morphological cognition-morphological analysis-empirical analysis-application evaluation-development guidance" proposed in the paper provides the important research content and construction sequence for carrying out the research on the morphology of green space-like regional cultural landscapes.It has a certain reference value for the follow-up in-depth research and specific practical application of related forms.
