Research On Application Problems And Countermeasures Of Contract Management Information System For Metro Project

With the deepening of urbanization,the construction of urban rail transit project has ushered in a golden period.Meanwhile,the rapid development of information technology has also provided strong technical support for the integration of industrialization and information technology.As the main project in the current urban rail transit project construction,the huge project construction scale makes the subway project proprietors begin to realize the importance of information management.At present,some cities have begun to practice the contract management information system.For the construction and use of contract management information system led by the proprietors,the contractor must also actively adapt to the management needs,and carry out the transformation of contract management informatization.However,in the current engineering management activities,it is difficult for contractors to meet the requirements of contract management informatization,including efficient management,information integration and processing.Therefore,this paper studies the contractor application of Nanjing Metro contract management information system.The main research contents are as follows:First,Bbased on the semi-structured interview with the application contractor of Nanjing Metro contract management information system,and the qualitative analysis of the interview results by using the Grounded Theory,this paper concludes that the main influencing factors of the Contractor’s system application behavior are summed up as task factors,technical factors,subjective factors and ability factors.By furtherly clarifying the influencing mechanism of the contractor’s application behavior,it is found that the root causes of the contractor’s system application problems in this case are the insufficient preparation of contract data and the low efficiency of contract information flow management.Secondly,In view of the above problemsconclusions,this paper constructs a systematic contract management statistical account according to the OAIS functional model.Aiming at the system information requirements,the contractor’s contract management data is identified,and then the data is comprehensively and orderly classified from the aspects of management elements and PDCA management cycle by using the linear classification method.On the account of the numerous and complex characteristics of contract management data,the "coding structure model of unified information organization" is adopted to code contract management data from the dimensions of time,elements and subordination.And finally form the contract management account according to the coding system of contractor contract management statistical account.Finally,based on the design of contract management account in Chapter 3,Based on the statistical account design,this paper combs the information flow between the original data and the statistical account,defines the information flow transmission path required by the contractor’s internal use of the statistical account,and constructs the overall architecture of information integration and utilization of the information flow from the original data to the contract management statistical account and then to the final contract management information system through IDEF0 v modeling method.In this case,the functional positioning of the contractor’s contract management statistical account is fully realized for data information integration and processing.In addition,aiming at the problem that the contractor is not proficient in information entry in the actual system application,this paper also formulates the training scheme of contractor contract management information system information entry,and designs the specific training content combined with the case.In general,this paper uses the grounded theory research method to effectively analyze the contractor application of Nanjing Metro contract management information system,and obtains the specific problems and reasons of the contractor system application.From the perspective of the contractor,this paper designs the contract management account,improves the application of the Contractor’s contract management information flow and the Contractor’s system application training,and puts forward substantive improvement suggestions for the contractor to improve the application of the contract management information system.
