With the rapid development of information technology,human resource management has entered a new era,human resource information system come into being.Human resource informatization is a new era of enterprise human resource management mode,which greatly improves the efficiency of human resource management.At present,CX company lacks human resource information system.With the development of the company,it is urgent to change the human resource management mode.Advanced human resource information system can optimize the personnel allocation of enterprises.In the process of project implementation,the existing risks may have a serious impact on the cost and schedule of the project,and reduce the success rate of implementation of information system projects.This paper takes risk management of human resource information system project of CX company as the research object,the process and tools of risk management in this project are described in the paper.In the risk identification stage,20 preliminary risk identification lists are collected through questionnaire survey,then the expert group brainstorm and conclude five risk classifications,namely personnel risk,quality risk,technical risk,demand risk and management risk.After sorting out,the list of risk factors in each stage is obtained,then the qualitative and quantitative risk analysis are carried out,and the risk ranking table is obtained.Risk response strategies and measures should be formulated according to risk levels,high risks adopts mitigation,diversion,avoidance strategies,medium risks adopts mitigation and avoidance strategies,low risks adopts acceptance and mitigation strategies.The risk team put forward targeted measures according to the actual situation of CX company,such as formulating project communication meetings,requirement change management process,test process,project system and team charter.The risk monitoring is carried out throughout the project life cycle.This project has developed a risk monitoring mechanisms to dynamically monitor risks during project implementation.The risk team continuously evaluate and improve risk response measures,to achieve progress in project risk management.The risk team propose safeguards for risk management implementation,which are the guarantee of project reserve funds,the support of senior managers of the company,and the guarantee of risk management team.These three safeguards are the last line of defense for risk management.This paper demonstrates the importance of project risk management to achieve the objectives of CX company’s human resources information system project.This project apply the project risk management theory,which guide the implement of risk management process.The risk team select appropriate risk management tools according to the actual situation of the project,help CX company’s human resources information system project launched smoothly.They constantly summarize and improve the shortcomings in the process of practice.Some ideas in risk management process are put forward to increase the practical experience of risk management of information systems project.The research on risk management of information system project has been effectively supplemented.
