Research On The Maintenance And Spare Parts Management Of Guiyang Rail Line 1 Train

With the continuous improvement of national urban infrastructure construction,urban rail transit has gradually become the main body of urban public transport.However,due to the long construction period and high operating cost of urban rail transit,especially after the formation of network,operation and maintenance costs will increase exponentially.Among them,the cost of train maintenance spare parts management accounts for a large proportion of operation and maintenance costs.Therefore,how to optimize spare parts management to reduce operation and maintenance costs to achieve the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency.Taking train maintenance spare parts of Guiyang Railway Line 1 as the research object,this paper firstly sorts out its management status,elaborates the procurement and management process of current spare parts in detail,and makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the current management,such as non-standard classification of spare parts,no basis for forecasting spare parts demand and chaotic spare parts inventory management.Then,for the problem of spare parts classification,ABC classification was combined with CVA classification,and the spare parts of train network and 110 V control system were taken as the classification example,and 9 classification modes were obtained.Aiming at the problem that there is no basis for the prediction of spare parts demand,this paper analyzes the fault hazard,reliability and average life of the train network and 110 V equipment of Line 1 by using the theory of equipment reliability,and optimizes the demand prediction and procurement mode of train maintenance spare parts based on the results,and finally improves the inventory management mode of train maintenance spare parts.The management level of train maintenance spare parts is improved through comprehensive optimization strategies,and some references are provided for other second-and third-tier cities with subways in the management of spare parts for urban rail transit.
