| In the 21 st century, with the rapid development of urbanization and the social economy accelerating, people pay more attention to the dwindling of natural resources and ecological environment destruction problems. Human needs to live with the natural environment in harmony, so the path of sustainable development path is the inevitable choice of mankind. With the pattern of economic in continuous optimizating and transforming, if the construction industry wants to follow the development trend, it must change its pattern of development. Therefore, the building achieves sustainable development in its whole life cycle. It means that the building achieves sustainable development in its decision-making, designing, building and operating phases. Construction phase is not the largest and most centralized resource consumption stage, but also it makes the obvious change on the surrounding environment. Developing green building has became an inevitable choice in the construction field currently. It is helpful for promoting the development of green construction to establish an applicative and scientific green construction evaluation system. The main research content of this paper is around this theme of the green construction assessment.This paper describes the the domestic and foreign research and current situation of green construction and green building in the first two chapters, meanwhile, it is combined with relevant data to define green construction, and summarizes the feature and principle of green construction. By means of the study of many literatue and summary of relevant practice, it summarizes the specific content of green construction into six major aspects. And it analyzes and refines every aspect. Then, it builds green construction evaluation index system and gives the criteria for each evaluation index, and combines AHP with entropy to confirm the weight of every index. Taking it into consideration that the evaluation of green construction is a multiindex, multi-factor, multi-level integrated system, and has a "gray system" attribute, so the paper uses a multi-level gray clustering method to assess the evaluation of green construction, build the corresponding evaluation model and show the concrete steps.Finally, the paper applies gray clustering assessment into a practical engineering to simulate its evaluation, shows the specific simulation and calculation and get the evaluation results of the project, and verifies the practicability and scientificity of building green construction evaluation system. |
