| Based on the digital BIM technology,the engineering data model,which collects all kinds of information of construction projects,has the characteristics of visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization and mapability after being continuously optimized and improved.These features make the application of BIM technology in the field of construction engineering more and more mature,and has been widely recognized in the world.The design of retaining wall as part of highway foundation design,limited by the traditional two-dimensional design thinking,there are often design omissions or errors,which in turn lead to the field after the release of samples can not be constructed in accordance with the construction drawings,or there are problems affecting the use of the function and life of the retaining wall,it is urgent to introduce new methods to solve such problems.After BIM technology enters the field of highway engineering,by integrating highway engineering projects into parametric 3D models and then designing retaining walls,the advantages of BIM technology provide new ideas and solutions to solve the many problems existing in the design of highway gravity retaining walls.Based on the study of relevant literature at home and abroad,this thesis takes the Pingtong highway reconstruction and expansion project in Guizhou Province as an engineering example,and the main contents of the study are as follows:(1)By studying the core concepts of BIM technology and the current mainstream use of domestic and international BIM design platforms,it is established that the research in this thesis will be conducted based on the Eroadsuite BIM platform.Then the basic concept of gravity retaining wall and the theory of verification are elaborated to provide theoretical support for retaining wall design and verification.Then take Hint CAD,Hongye Road,Civil 3D and highway engineering design BIM system as examples,and use traditional two-dimensional technology and BIM technology to carry out simple design of retaining walls respectively,in which the essential difference between BIM technology and traditional two-dimensional technology is analyzed,and the differences and advantages of BIM technology are proposed,as well as the difficulties in applying BIM technology at this stage.(2)In-depth research on the application of BIM technology in the design of highway gravity retaining wall,completed the design of highway gravity retaining wall layout based on BIM technology in Eroadsuite BIM platform,summarized the design method covering the creation and analysis of 3D digital terrain,highway flat,longitudinal and horizontal design,super high and wide design,XML retaining wall component library creation,preparation of retaining wall assembly rules,highway and retaining wall BIM model The design method covers 3D geology and digital terrain creation and analysis,highway level,longitudinal and horizontal design,super high and wide design,XML retaining wall component library creation,retaining wall assembly rules writing,road and retaining wall BIM model creation.(3)The program of gravity type retaining wall verification was developed on Eroadsuite BIM platform in Python language.Taking the elevated sloping shoulder wall in the retaining wall as an example,the GUI,parameter reading,verification and output display functions of the verification program were developed,and the writing of the verification program for gravity type retaining wall of highway based on BIM technology was completed,which realized the purpose of verification of retaining wall in the process of modeling the retaining wall by BIM software.(4)On this basis,the thesis applies the researched BIM technology-based retaining wall design method to the Pingtong highway reconstruction and expansion project,conducts a practical test on the application research of BIM technology in highway gravity retaining wall design,successfully arranges and completes the retaining wall BIM model on the highway BIM model of this highway project,and uses the highway gravity retaining wall verification procedure developed based on this BIM platform to carry out verification by reading the retaining wall BIM model data,and finally realizes the retaining wall design and verification at the same time in the BIM platform. |
