Guizhou has a profound ethnic cultural foundation.The unique natural environment has given birth to many traditional folk skills,such as delicate and meticulous Miao embroidery,antique batik,simple mud whistle,and natural Nuo mask.Miao heap embroidery is one of the typical representatives.Miao heap embroidery is mainly distributed in the Qingshui River Basin of Qiandongnan Prefecture.It is the product of the combination of wisdom and skills of Miao women.Shidong heap embroidery is the most representative.Compared with other embroidery techniques,heap embroidery can present a kaleidoscope-like gorgeous effect due to its different color collocation,folding method and arrangement order.It has been included in the national intangible cultural heritage list.Firstly,this study combs the cultural background and artistic characteristics of Miao pile embroidery.Through the two-way comparison of different regions and different ethnic groups,it locates the individuality in the commonality and deeply excavates the geometric artistic characteristics of pile embroidery patterns.Secondly,according to the cultural heritage of Miao pile embroidery and the current situation of tourism market,starting from the geometric characteristics of Miao pile embroidery patterns,this paper focuses on the disassembly and analysis of the artistic characteristics of pile embroidery art,such as pattern,structure and color,so as to find the correlation and coincidence between geometric artistic characteristics and the attributes of tourism cultural and creative products.Finally,in the design practice,combined with the demand characteristics of tourism consumers and the orientation of tourism market,the geometric patterns of heap embroidery are refined and transformed,and the heap embroidery tourism cultural and creative products with both ethnic sense and sense of the times are designed.The innovative design gives heap embroidery new vitality,enhances the artistic charm and cultural added value of Miao heap embroidery tourism cultural and creative products,and provides reference and guidance for Miao heap embroidery in the design innovation of tourism cultural and creative products.
