The eastern part of Guanzhong in Shaanxi Province, known as the "Eastern Province",is the birthplace of Chinese civilization, and the embroidery of this area has a strong folklore and cultural value due to the hard work and skills of countless generations of folk artists in eastern Guanzhong. However, with the advancement of modern technology, the embroidery in eastern Guanzhong has been affected by machine embroidery, and the problem of the discontinuity of craftsmen’s inheritance and the failure to improve their quality of life has become increasingly serious. Therefore, this study takes the non-heritage embroidery along the Yellow River in eastern Guanzhong,Shaanxi Province as the research object, aiming to explore its application in the pattern and cultural creative industries in the context of high-quality development of the Yellow River basin.Based on the non-heritage cultural value of embroidery in eastern Shaanxi Guanzhong, the study takes the perspective of visual image extraction application and cultural creative product design, and digs deeper into the symbolic features and cultural connotation of embroidery along the Yellow River in eastern Shaanxi Guanzhong by referring to various literature and consulting local materials. In the design of visual images, the typical patterns were extracted, deformed and reconstructed by using the metaphorical usage of textual symbols and the emotional perception of colors, resulting in three patterns with profound symbolic meanings;in the design of cultural and creative products, the statistical analysis was used to create the "Hey! Embroidery Ya!" brand, and created five IP images of Fu Lu Shou Xi Cai,and explored how to apply them to the design of cultural and creative products,so as to awaken the awareness of non-heritage and bring the culture of non-heritage "alive" into people’s eyes.It provides useful ideas and methods for the cultural protection and inheritance of the non-heritage embroidery along the Yellow River in the eastern part of Guanzhong,Shaanxi Province,in the context of the high-quality development of the Yellow River basin, and provides a new path for the development of cultural creative industries, thus promoting the development of non-heritage culture. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)By taking the market as the guide, the intangible cultural heritage is given the artistic value of the times. The construction of a complete system from feature extraction to design application for the inheritance of Guanzhong Yanhuang intangible heritage embroidery is an effective way to promote the protection and inheritance of intangible heritage at present.(2)Using intangible cultural heritage to intervene in brand design and establish a new path for industrial application of unique intangible heritage culture.Taking the embroidery art of Guanzhong along the Yellow River as the source, the "Hey! Embroidery Ya!" This brand is a testament to the feasibility of this path.(3)The typical expression of the regional culture in the non-foreign heritage is the focus of the development and application of Guanzhong Yanhuang embroidery as a cultural resource. The design elements of Guanzhong along-yellow embroidery are systematically sorted out from the forms, colors and techniques of Guanzhong along-yellow embroidery in order to protect this important intangible cultural heritage.(4)The visual image and creative design practice pioneered from the Shaanxi Yanhuang embroidery intangible heritage project is a new approach to design practice with modern Chinese characteristics in line with the concept of national cultural confidence.
