Research On Performance Evaluation Of Vocational School Training Base Construction Based On IPO Mode

Under the context of the great development of vocational education,the practical training base of vocational colleges has become an important place for cultivating high-tech and high-skilled talents who can adapt to the production environment,construction,management,and service.Its construction quality has received increasing attention.However,while there is a strong emphasis on building training bases,the quality control of such construction is often overlooked.How to strengthen the high-quality construction of training bases has become an important challenge that all higher vocational colleges face.This article takes the perspective of the construction of vocational college training bases,using the IPO evaluation model to divide the construction of training bases into three stages: investment,construction process,and output.Based on performance evaluation theory,the performance evaluation index system for the construction of vocational college training bases was constructed through literature research,expert consultation,and questionnaire survey,including 3 primary indicators of construction investment,process,and output,and 10 secondary indicators and 30 tertiary indicators,such as base construction,fund investment,and personnel input.The weight of each indicator element in the index system was determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and further evaluation was conducted using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,thus constructing a performance evaluation model for the construction of vocational college training bases.Taking into account the development status of vocational colleges in Guizhou Province,the construction of three training bases with strong comprehensiveness and comprehensive development in J Vocational College were selected as the research objects.Utilizing an evaluation system and evaluation model,the three training bases were subjected to instance verification.According to the results of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the quality of the construction of the three training bases has reached an excellent level,which is consistent with the evaluation results of the industry and provides reference for the evaluation of the vocational college training base construction in the region.At the same time,from the evaluation results,there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies in the quality of the construction of training bases.Therefore,this article proposes corresponding construction strategies and suggestions for the performance evaluation process of training base construction,input link,process link,and output link in the three stages of training base construction.
