| Elevator is an indispensable means of transportation in our daily travel.The use of elevator can also reflect the modernization and civilization of the city.At the same time,the safety of elevator has always been a hot issue of social concern.In recent years,the economy of Shijiazhuang has developed rapidly,and the number of elevators has been growing rapidly.According to statistics,by the end of 2020,the number of elevators in use in Shijiazhuang has been close to 60000,with a rapid growth rate of about 10% per year.With the rapid growth of elevator utilization rate and the increase of service life,the elevator safety accidents,trapped people rate and failure rate in Shijiazhuang have also increased year by year,and the elevator complaints are increasing.However,the corresponding elevator safety management regulations and standards are missing,and the elevator safety operation management method is still not small gap with other developed cities.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the elevator safety operation management system in Shijiazhuang.This thesis uses vulnerability theory,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,on-site investigation method,questionnaire survey method and comparative analysis method to analyze and find out the problems existing in Shijiazhuang elevator safety operation management system,and analyze the causes,and then uses collaborative management theory,hierarchical management method and smart elevator supervision system tools to sort out the main body and business of elevator safety operation management system,Put forward corresponding optimization measures and safeguard measures,and finally achieve the purpose of reducing the elevator accident rate,trapped people rate,failure rate,reducing elevator safety risks,and improving the overall elevator safety management level in Shijiazhuang.Firstly,this thesis uses the vulnerability theory and vulnerability model to find out the factors that affect the elevator safety operation management system.Combined with the research results of relevant scholars on the safety indicators of elevators and special equipment in recent years,the evaluation indicators of the elevator safety operation management system are established,and the Delphi method is used to modify and improve the constructed indicators.At the same time,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of the evaluation indicators.Then,the relevant data of elevator safety operation management system in Beijing,Shanghai,Hangzhou and Shijiazhuang were obtained through on-site investigation,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods.Using the comparative analysis method,these data were put into the specific indicators with the top weight of the evaluation indicators for comparison,and the gap between Shijiazhuang and advanced cities and the average value gap between Shijiazhuang and 10 representative cities were found,Then it summarizes the urgent problems of Shijiazhuang elevator safety operation management system,and analyzes the causes of these problems;Secondly,in view of the problems found,the corresponding optimization measures are put forward by using the collaborative management theory and hierarchical management method.Starting with the six businesses involved in the elevator safety operation management system(elevator supervision,procurement,inspection,installation,maintenance and transformation,use management,maintenance business),the process,organization and system of each business are optimized in turn,At the same time,it expounds how the main body of each elevator safety operation management system can realize mutual cooperation and supervision in each business,give play to the role of all relevant parties of elevator safety,and realize collaborative management;Finally,in order to implement the optimization measures smoothly and continue for a long time,a series of safeguard measures such as system,resources and informatization are proposed,so as to realize the optimization of Shijiazhuang elevator safety operation management system. |
