Research On Landscape Evaluation And Optimization Design Of Rural Homestay Courtyard

Rural home stay industry is of great significance in promoting the development of rural industry.At present,the construction of domestic rural home stay courtyard is of poor quality.Scientific construction of rural home stay courtyard landscape can improve the quality of rural home stay.This paper first introduces the research background,sorts out the research results and related concepts at home and abroad,and interprets the definition and characteristics of rural homestay courtyard from different theoretical perspectives.Field investigation and thorough research were conducted on the representative rural homestay courtyard landscape elements,spatial environment,local conditions and folk conditions in Liuyang,and the landscape transformation and design practice of rural homestay courtyard was conducted according to the research results.The specific research results of this study are as follows:Through reading relevant literature and combining theoretical knowledge for field research on Liuyang rural b & B,it is concluded that most Liuyang rural homestay courtyard landscape is good,but there are problems such as similarity,urbanization and poor ecology,and there is a need for optimization and transformation.According to the theoretical research,the various elements of the landscape are analyzed,the current situation of the landscape construction is investigated,and the current situation of the landscape construction,as well as the advantages and existing problems are summarized and analyzed.Based on the investigation and research of rural homestay and the above theoretical basis,with the rural home stay courtyard landscape elements as the entry point,the landscape elements from "form beauty","ecology" and "experience" three levels,using the ahp comprehensive analysis method.A reasonable and scientific landscape evaluation model of rural home stay is constructed,and the village rural homestay is taken as the survey object to test the rationality of the evaluation model.The importance of ecological(0.2339)> Characteristic activities(0.1685)> Plant landscape(0.1273)> facility function(0.0672)> Cultural heritage(0.0671)> hydrology(0.0468)> terrain(0.0468)> courtyard paving(0.0467)> sketch landscape(0.0388)> Architectural landscape(0.0361)> Wind soil custom(00317)> courtyard enclosure(0.0173)> farmland landscape(0.0121),The weight size reflects the influence of this factor on the landscape of rural homestay courtyard,From this,the landscape design focus of the rural home stay courtyard can be refined.Based on the evaluation model,the optimization design of rural homestay courtyard landscape was put forward and practiced.Baoguihuo Farm in Baoguesi Village in Liuyang was selected for optimization and transformation.Test the practicability and rationality of the design results and the feasibility of the design proposal strategy,and clarify the design points of various courtyard landscape elements respectively.This study finds some problems in the development of Liuyang rural home stay,establishes a scientific and reasonable rural home stay courtyard landscape evaluation system,puts forward scientific and reasonable transformation and design theory and practical test,which has some reference significance for relevant research.
