Research On The Optimization And Simulation Of LPD Warehouse Layout Based On SLP Method

The internal layout of the warehouse has an extremely important influence on the space utilization ratio of the warehouse,as well as the receiving and delivery of goods in and out of the warehouse,the internal storage inventory,etc.As one of the important aspects of the optimization of reasonable layout of warehouse helps to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises and reduce logistics management costs.At present,the storage layout of most enterprises in China has serious problems such as low space utilization ratio and long material handling distance.Most enterprises do not use quantitative methods to analyze the relationship between each operation unit in the storage layout,such layout is not scientific and rigorous.At the same time,the scientific and effective warehouse space layout should be carried out in combination with the analysis of the actual operation flow of the enterprise,so as to improve the efficiency of the storage system and reduce the cost.The evaluation of the optimization scheme can be simulated by the existing computer simulation technology to evaluate and determine whether the scheme is optimized.In this paper,a heavy industry machinery enterprise(hereinafter referred to as LPD Company)transit warehouse for spare parts as an example.Through the analysis of the basic elements and the material operation process in the warehouse,applied with the SLP method,it analyzes the logistics relationship,non-logistics relationship,and comprehensive logistics relationship of each area of the warehouse to obtain each functional area.Location diagram,and finally,two feasible optimized layout schemes were obtained;Using the analytic hierarchy process to get a better plan among the two plans;Using Flexsim simulation software,and about the present situation of the warehouse layout based on SLP method warehouse layout modeling simulation respectively,analysis of the conveying path of forklift equipment,model after the operation,verify the feasibility of the optimized warehouse layout,solve the problems existing in the enterprise spare parts transit warehouse operation,reduce the equipment operation,reduce operating costs,improve warehouse space utilization and efficiency.
