| With the continuous development of electronic commerce,the backward storage mode can not meet the increasing storage demand of a large number of e-commerce enterprises.Starting from the actual storage situation of a certain e-commerce enterprise,based on the research of the problems encountered in the existing logistics warehousing of the enterprise,this paper puts forward a planning and design idea of the automated warehousing system,and through the planning and design of the automated warehousing system,Process research,running simulation and so on,get the planning and design model of the system.Firstly,we carry on the field investigation and data collection to the enterprise,analyze the order characteristic of the data and the quantity of the entry and exit,and use the automated warehouse analysis method of EIQ(customer demand analysis method)to get the preliminary system planning model.Secondly,the whole planning and design,including the system partition,is carried out on the basis of the preliminary system planning model.Design,logistics line design,shelf area design,transportation and sorting area design,building structure design,operation process design and research,among which logistics line design includes line moving line design and branch line design,etc.again,the whole area is designed,including shelf area design including shelves.Structure design and ANSYS simulation check,stacker type selection and so on.The design of transportation and sorting area includes the design of transportation system and the selection of equipment.Finally,the utilization rate of the stacker is calculated and simulated according to the peak value of the stacker,and the rationality of the planning and design is verified by the simulation of the utilization rate of the transportation system.Based on the requirements of an ecommerce enterprise,this paper plans and designs the automatic warehouse system of the e-commerce enterprise,which has a certain reference significance for the actual layout of the enterprise’s automated warehouse. |
