Forklift as the main transport of short distance freight loading and unloading of vehicles,with the rapid development of shipping industry in our country,people is higher and higher demand for forklift,particularly in the security performance and reduce the production cost requirements,fork truck door frame as a very important work in forklift parts,its safety performance and production cost has a great influence on forklift.Finite element static strength analysis and lightweight design of forklift door frame can not only guarantee its safety performance,but also reduce its production cost.This paper mainly carries on the finite element static strength analysis to a forklift gantry,and on the basis of the static strength analysis,in order to reduce the weight,carries on the optimization design.Firstly,the software Creo was used to build a three-dimensional model of the forklift gantry,and the finite element analysis software Hyper Mesh was used to build the finite element model and impose constraints and loads on the forklift gantry.Secondly,the built finite element model is imported into ANSYS,and the static strength of the built finite element model is calculated by ANSYS software.The stress and displacement neograms obtained after calculation are compared with the allowable stress and the maximum allowable displacement,and the static strength of the forklift door frame in each working condition meets the requirements.Then,by comparing the static strength results of the three working conditions,the most dangerous working condition was determined to be the 600 mm working condition.On this basis,the 600 mm working condition under overload was checked,and the static strength of the600 mm working condition met the requirements.Next,using the Opti Struct to working condition of 600 mm fork truck door frame,in turn,shape optimization and topology optimization and size optimization and material optimization,and after each optimization,to optimize the cloud picture for reference,the fork truck door frame corresponding 3 d model reconstruction and weight loss results,to rebuild the 3 d model of finite element model,The static strength analysis of the new finite element model is done,and the static strength results all meet the requirements.Finally,the modal analysis of the optimized forklift door frame is carried out by using ANSYS to obtain the vibration characteristics of the structure.The comparison results show that the optimized forklift door frame will not resonance.
