| There are some arguments in the white paper on Sustainable Development of Transportation in China.The development of urban public transportation should not only provide convenience for people’s travel,but also meet people’s diversified travel needs.The integrated development of urban transportation should strengthen the planning and guidance of urban comprehensive transportation system.It is necessary to strengthen the effective connection between internal traffic and external traffic.When the planning and operation of urban public transport system can not meet the diverse travel needs of urban residents,problems will occur.That can easily lead to passengers’ long waiting time,passengers’ low ride comfort and low utilization of the buses.When the planning and operation of urban public transport system can not adapt to the change of external passenger flow,the micro problems mentioned above will occur.It will also appear the urban transport hub transfer not smooth and the urban function operation is not coordinated and other macro problems.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to take advantage of the cooperation between urban rail transit and conventional bus.In this paper,they are reasonably coordinated and effectively scheduled.The specific research content of this paper is as follows.(1)This paper analyzes the collected passenger flow data.These data include passenger flow data of railway and aviation hubs,passenger flow data of urban rail transit lines and bus passenger flow data.Determine to explore the scheduling of Dalian Metro Line 1 and Bus Line 1 under the influence of passenger flow of Dalian North Railway Station.And determine to explore the scheduling of Dalian Metro Line 2 and Bus Line 532 under the influence of passenger flow of airport station.(2)SP questionnaire is designed to collect residents’ travel data.The average number of trips in Dalian is 2.9.The division of traffic structure is predicted by logit model.Grey forecasting model and population growth rate method are used to forecast passenger flow.The forecast content includes the future passenger flow of urban rail transit line stations and the future arrivals of buses.(3)This paper uses optimal segmentation and DPS software.Time series passenger flow of Dalian North Railway Station is classified.Determine the dispatching time periods of Dalian Metro Line 1 and Bus Line 1 at four different departure intervals,namely,5:30-6:00,6:00-9:00,9:00-18:00 and 18:00-22:30.Time series passenger flow of airport station is classified.Determine the dispatching time periods of Dalian Metro Line 2 and Bus Line 532 at three different departure intervals,namely,5:30-8:00,8:00-18:00 and 18:00-22:30.Fourier function is used to fit the passenger flow data of urban rail transit.The results of urban rail transits passenger flow arrivals law,arrivals of buses and operation time division are obtained.Establish the coordinated scheduling model of urban rail transit and conventional bus.The objective function is to minimize passengers’ waiting time and running cost.(4)Genetic algorithm is used to solve the coordinated scheduling model of urban rail transit and conventional bus.Get the departure interval of Dalian Metro Line 1 and Bus Line1 in four time periods.Get the departure intervals of Dalian Metro Line 2 and Bus Line 532 in three time periods.According to the analysis of the research results,the effectiveness of the scheduling model in this paper is verified.Results of this study can provide a practical basis for strengthening the effective connection between internal and external traffic in cities.At the same time,this study can provide theoretical basis for the development of urban public transportation.And the development of urban public transport is aimed at meeting the diverse travel needs of passengers.In addition,this study will provide planning ideas for the operation scheduling of public transport. |
