| Under the background of global economic integration,railway transportation is playing an increasingly important role,especially railway container transportation.With the rapid development of China’s economy and the implementation of forward-looking important national strategies such as the belt and road initiative,China has become the most important international economic hub in Asia.At the same time,with the economic development of Southeast Asian countries,the export volume of Southeast Asian goods in Europe is increasing,and the existing shipping routes and transportation capacity are difficult to meet the export demand of Southeast Asia.In addition,there are some problems in Asia,such as extremely unbalanced economic development,uneven distribution of freight stations and unsmooth road network.Therefore,problems such as high transportation cost,long transportation distance and long transportation time will inevitably occur in the route selection of Southeast Asian countries,resulting in waste of resources.Faced with this situation,it has become an urgent need for Southeast Asian countries to get through the railway freight transportation that "enters the European market via China".Based on this,this paper takes "reasonably choosing the route in the existing road network,reducing the transportation cost and improving the transportation efficiency" as the research content,and discusses and analyzes the problem of "container transportation route selection of export goods in Southeast Asia".According to the analysis of the current economic situation,demand transportation of goods and the road network in Southeast Asia,it is shown that due to the relatively backward economy,imperfect national infrastructure and geographical location of Southeast Asian countries,the trade activities between Southeast Asian countries and Europe cannot be well guaranteed.At present,Southeast Asia’s trade with Europe mainly depends on maritime transport,but maritime transport has great limitations due to its inherent characteristics such as long mileage and time-consuming.The operation and use of China-Laos Railway,China-Thailand Railway and other railway lines have opened up the "Southeast Asia-Europe" freight land passage in Southeast Asia.Especially for a landlocked country like Laos,it has broken the situation that trade with Europe is completely restricted by other Southeast Asian coastal countries.In addition,from the demonstration of the feasibility and advantages of railway transportation to Southeast Asia’s export goods,Southeast Asia’s export goods are very practical through railway transportation.According to the above analysis,combined with the theories of freight flow,transportation mode and genetic algorithm,this paper constructs a transportation route selection model of container goods in Southeast Asia,which takes transportation cost and transportation time as objective functions,and designs and solves the model based on the genetic algorithm of elite reservation strategy.Finally,taking "Laos-Poland" freight as an example,combined with specific freight items,the model is solved by using matlab software,and then the transportation routes of four different types of goods are compared and analyzed.The analysis shows that,from any point of view of total transportation cost and transportation time,compared with sea transportation,the goods of "Southeast Asia-Poland" choose to "take the China-Laos railway into China,and then arrive in Poland through China’s cross-border railway" with strong superiority. |
