By the end of 2018,China’s high-speed railway system has developed rapidly,and its high-speed rail operating mileage ranks first in the world.The "Harmony" EMU is known worldwide for its high-speed and stable operation performance.The "Fuxing" EMU that was run firstly in 2017 and has performed better than the "Harmorty" EMU.Based on further upgrades,it has faster running speed,stronger stability and better ride comfort.The excellent performance of the EMU depends on the advanced testing techniques of the high-speed train.With the maturity of China’s high-speed EMU manufacturing technology and the increasing demand for production,the domestic major locomotives plant are doing their best to improve production efficiency and reduce the cost.At present,the process of single vehicle debugging is complex and inefficiency before the EMU leave the plant on the domestic.The debugging device cannot applied to a variety of models and debugging data can not be traced.It was completed manually by the commissioning workers so it’s difficult to achieve an efficient and reasonable operation process.The EMU single vehicle simulation debugging equipment is created to complete the EMU production line and provide a more efficient process.The single vehicle simulation debugging equipment can not only simulate the central control unit of EMU,but also simulate the electrical connection between the terminal of the vehicle and the end of the adjacent vehicle.It meets multiple models vehicle commissioning function requirements.The simulated EMU central control unit is realized by the MVB network control,which receives signals from the device or sends control signals to the device for complete the function of debugging the vehicle network;The electrical connection between the end of the simulated vehicle and the end of the adjacent vehicle is realized by the connecting cable and the CAN bus to complete the sharing and control of all the switches of the single vehicle.It connects the field intelligent monitoring equipment through the Ethernet to complete debugging and stores the corresponding checking results in the database,so as to facilitate the quality management and tracing of debugging quality.In the thesis,the development of single vehicle debugging equipment current situation was analyzed and briefly describes the research significance.Then,the overall design scheme of EMU single vehicle simulation debugging equipment is defined.By combining with the actual requirements of hardware and software,the hardware board design is completed and the software functions are gradually realized.After many times of optimization design,the equipment has been used in certain host factory.The operation has met the requirements of the EMU debugging achieved high efficiency and reasonable application in commissioning.
