The rolling bearing plays the role of supporting the transmission system and is the core component of the rotating system.In the production and assembly process,the cutting process and tooling clamping will cause errors in the size of the bearing ring,which will affect the dynamic characteristics and rotation accuracy of the bearing.At present,domestic bearing design usually takes traditional fatigue life as the criterion.Most studies on the ideal shape of the ring do not consider the impact of the deformation of the ring on the mechanical properties of the bearing caused by the machining process.The impact mechanism is unclear,leading to the one-sided pursuit of high precision.As the manufacturing cost increases,it is urgent to carry out the analysis of the mechanical characteristics of the bearing for the geometric error of the rolling bearing ring.This paper takes the cylindrical roller bearing of type NU1088M/YA8 as the research object,proposes a rigid-flexible coupling modeling method that takes into account the ring deviation,and carries out the simulation analysis of the dynamic performance of the bearing under the ring shape deviation in the Adams software,and obtains the internal,The influence of the roundness,waviness and taper of the outer raceway on the dynamic characteristics of the bearing.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A rigid-flexible coupling modeling method for cylindrical roller bearings is proposed.Considering that the inner and outer rings of the bearing are flexible bodies,and the rollers and cages are considered as rigid bodies,a dynamic model of the cylindrical roller bearing is established,and the theoretical value of the model is simulated with it.The results are compared to verify the accuracy of the model.(2)On the basis of the established rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the bearing,considering the structural characteristics of the roundness deviation of the ring,the dynamic characteristics of the bearing ring and the cage,such as the contact force and stress,under different roundness parameters,were analyzed to obtain the ring The change of ring roundness parameters affects the dynamic characteristics of the bearing.The results show that with the change of the roundness of the ring,the stress and contact force on the bearing ring change significantly,but the effect on the dynamic characteristics of the cage is relatively insignificant.The centroid trajectory of the inner circle changes from a regular circle to an irregular shape,and the displacement amplitude increases.(3)Based on the established rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model and considering the structural characteristics of ring waviness deviation,the dynamic characteristics of bearing ring and cage contact force,stress and other dynamic characteristics under different waviness were analyzed to obtain ring waviness.The influence of the change of the degree parameter on the dynamic characteristics of the bearing.The results show that as the ring waviness changes,the stress and contact force on the bearing ring change significantly,while the impact on the dynamic characteristics of the cage is relatively insignificant.The center of mass track of the inner ring changes from a regular circle to an irregular shape.The displacement amplitude increases.(4)Using the established rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model and considering the structural characteristics of the ring taper deviation,the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the bearing ring and the cage’s contact force,stress and other dynamic characteristics under different tapers was carried out,and the changes of the ring taper parameters were obtained.The dynamic characteristics of the bearing affect the law.The results show that with the increase of the ring taper,the stress and contact force on the bearing ring change significantly,but the effect on the cage stress is relatively insignificant.With the continuous increase of the taper of the inner ring,the trajectory of the center of mass shows a certain whirl state,but the displacement amplitude increases.The research results of this paper provide theoretical support and technical reference for the tolerance control of the raceway of cylindrical roller bearings.
