| In the process of resource integration,the evolution of Chinese ports from group development to ecological community There is an urgent need to solve how to build a rapid and stable development of the port community system.Therefore,this paper studies the development of the port community system by evaluating the operation efficiency of port cargo types,combined with the optimization of the cargo type structure of the port community system,and promote the development of cargo types in the port community system.This paper analyzes the relevant researches on the evaluation of port cargo efficiency and the optimization of port cargo structure,discusses the importance of topic selection and topic selection,and briefly describes the definition of port community system.On this basis,this paper selects the length of the wharf shoreline,the number of port berths,the yard area,the number of loading and unloading equipment,and the number of employees as the input indicators,the throughput of goods and the annual growth rate of the goods as the output indicators,and the regional gross domestic product is selected at the same time,cargo turnover,import and export trade volume as environmental indicators,and establish a port cargo operation efficiency evaluation index system.Establish a port cargo operation efficiency evaluation index system.Using the three-stage DEA model to measure port operation efficiency.Next,based on the integrated transportation,an optimization model of the cargo type structure of the port community is constructed.The model aims at minimizing cost,time,and carbon emissions,and includes various components such as hinterland cities,ports,and transportation methods.Finally,the established model is applied to Liaoning port community system for empirical analysis.From the results of the empirical analysis,the overall level of container development in the Liaoning port community system is relatively high and the development trend is good,but the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency still need to be improved.Based on the optimization model of the cargo type structure of the port community system,with the optimization goal of minimizing cost,time and carbon emissions,the optimization direction of the container structure of Liaoning port is obtained.Finally,according to the analysis results,combined with the actual situation of Liaoning port,the development suggestion of Liaoning port container terminal is put forward: control the scale of container terminal,improve the operation efficiency of container terminal,and improve the resource allocation of container terminal. |
