Research On Optimization Of HY Company's Product R&D Management System Based On Maturity Mode

In recent years,with the vigorous development of market economy and the continuous enhancement of market openness,the entry threshold of all walks of life is getting lower and lower.As a result,the competition between enterprises is intensified,and enterprises have to improve the level of product research and development to gain more market shares.However,for any enterprise,the improvement of its research and development level is not achieved overnight.In this process,the enterprise needs to improve the research and development management system in order to promote its innovation level.Accordingly,this paper selects HY company as the research object,analyzes and optimizes its R & D management system,in order to provide reference for the development of other enterprises.This paper uses integrated product development(IPD),Lean R&D(Lean R&D),invention problem solving theory(TRIZ),through the literature summary of this paper related concepts and theories,and then introduces HY company research and development management status and existing problems.Through literature review,it can be seen that the factors affecting the company’s R & D management system are diverse..Considering the actual situation of HY company,this paper relies on the questionnaire survey and HY company R & D management data,to sort out the problems existing in its R & D management system,and found that there are difficult project approval of product R & D,product R & D design blocked,low conversion rate of product R & D,product R & D sustainability is weak.With medical air pressurized oxygen chamber products as the representative,after in-depth discussion of the causes of the above problems,HY company product research and development goal deviation,research and development knowledge management lack,research and development management process has not been constructed,research and development management organization resource support is the main incentive.In view of this,HY company should start from the product research and development management system of medical air pressurized oxygen chamber,and optimize the product research and development strategy guided by the strategic objective positioning of the enterprise.In this process,improve the technical management level of product research and development,and promote the optimization of research and development process.At the same time,through the optimization of the organizational framework and the improvement of the incentive system,to strengthen the organizational resources support ability.In order to promote the R & D management system to achieve better practical results,we should ensure the implementation of the concept,system,funds and other aspects,so as to effectively enhance the HY company R & D management level,so as to improve its market competitiveness.
