| Chengtian Gate is the south gate of Taiji Palace and an important spatial node on the central axis of Chang’an City in Sui and Tang Dynasties.Chengtian Gate not only refers to the palace gate itself,but also refers to the space and place composed of the palace gate and the side street in front of the gate.It undertakes important national activities such as the emperor’s ascension to the throne,court congratulations,and change of year name.It is the center of space and political power in Chang’an City in the Sui and Tang Dynasties..Since the Tang Dynasty,this area has experienced the identity change of "suburbs-Wangfu gardens-historical and cultural blocks",superimposing and collaging historical information of multiple periods.With the development of the protection and display of the central axis of Chang’an City in the Sui and Tang Dynasties,the Chengtian Gate site area is facing the following three problems: 1)As the core of Chang’an City in the Sui and Tang Dynasties and an important spatial node on the central axis,it has not been properly protected and completely Hidden under the modern city;2)As the area with the richest layered history in Xi’an today,it gradually loses its traditional style due to modern disorderly construction;3)Compared with other sites on the central axis,Chengtian Gate and The surrounding archaeological work is relatively lagging behind,and there are few related research results.Therefore,this article intends to study the heritage composition of the Chengtian Gate site area today,and evaluate the environment of the site area and the preservation status of the site by sorting out the history and current situation.And based on the research results,the protection and display work of Chengtian Gate site area is prospected,and the preliminary protection display principles,strategies and methods are put forward.In order to attract the attention of relevant departments and scholars,it can accelerate the research,protection and display of the most important palace gates of Chang’an City in the Sui and Tang Dynasties.The first part of the thesis is the combing and interpretation of architectural historical information.Through the combing and interpretation of historical documents,archaeological results and site research results,the heritage composition of Chengtian Gate site area is studied and its value is evaluated.The second part is the status quo research.Through the investigation of the current urban environment and the superimposed situation of the ruins,the environmental status of the heritage area and the preservation status of the ruins are evaluated.The third part is the research on the prospect of the protection and display work.Based on the research basis of the first two parts,the preliminary protection and display principles,strategies and methods are put forward,and the comparison and selection of multiple schemes for the design of specific plots are proposed,and the archaeological work is delineated.suggested area.Through the research of the above three parts,the following conclusions are drawn:1)Chengtianmen transcends the scope of a single object and period,and its heritage composition is the integration of superimposed historical information under synchronicity and diachronism.Through research,a "site ontology—— 2)On the basis of the heritage composition system,a preliminary three-level system of protection and display has been formed,and a toolbox of display methods for specific pattern elements has been constructed;3)This paper Based on basic research under limited conditions,it puts forward ideas and appeals for the protection and display work and related archaeological plans,expecting the participation of more experts and scholars. |
