realistic needs of the park construction and development,and proposes suitable planning strategies for the park to integrate the development of industry-city,so as to solve the problems caused by the unreasonable development of industry-city space and realize the vision of high-quality development of organic combination and harmonious coexistence of industry and city.Taking the comprehensive industrial park in Baota District as the research object,the planning strategy research of the integrated development of industry-city is carried out.The research line of this paper is as follows: firstly,to sort out the theoretical achievements of industry-city integration and its related planning at home and abroad,to summarize the appropriate development mode and planning strategy proposed by the cases of industry-city integration at home and abroad,to clarify the focus and research direction of the theory of industry-city integration,and to lay the theoretical and practical foundation for the subsequent research.Secondly,it reviews the current development of the research object and summarizes the real problems of the park in terms of industrial development,spatial lay out and functional bearing.The key factors affecting the development of industry-city integration in Baota District Comprehensive Industrial Park are sorted out,and representative indicators are selected from three aspects of industrial integration,urban integration and population integration to construct an index system for evaluating the performance of industry-city integration development;the entropy value method and the coupling coordination degree analysis method are used to comprehensively evaluate the degree of industry-city integration and development level of Baota District Comprehensive Industrial Park.Finally,the driving factors and mechanisms of the power mechanism of the city-industry integration development are analyzed.Based on the theoretical basis of the power mechanism and evaluation system,the strategic framework and strategic path of city-industry integration are proposed,and the planning framework of city-industry integration development is constructed based on three aspects: industrial integration,spatial integration and functional integration.Taking the comprehensive industrial park in Baota District as the empirical object,the planning strategy is proposed through the industrial organization system,spatial layout mode,factor support system and implementation guarantee measures for the integrated development of industry-city.In the industrial organization system,the leading industries for the development of the park are selected through the industrial selection method,and the industrial system and industrial chain are reconstructed;in the spatial layout mode,the integrated industrial-city unit mode and the general layout form of "nested units" are proposed to guide the spatial reorganization of the park’s industry and the organic organization of the overall space;in the factor support system,the spatial reorganization of the park’s industry and the organic organization of the overall space are proposed through In the factor support system,the optimization strategy for the overall industrycity integration development is proposed in terms of land layout,service configuration,system construction and environmental industrial park in Baota District,we construct an index system for evaluating the level of integrated industrial park development in Baota District,evaluate the performance of the research object by entropy value method and coupled coordination analysis method,and analyze the inherent development problems from the evaluation results.(3)Construct a strategic framework for integrated
