Research On Total Quality Management In Construction Stage

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,the construction industry has entered a high-speed development stage.The life line of construction engineering quality also highlights its important position in the high-speed development.Construction engineering quality management determines whether construction enterprises can develop sustainably.However,in the process of the rapid development of the construction industry,the real estate development expands rapidly.Under the high turnover mode,the project management blindly pursues progress,coupled with the lack of workers’ skills and the uneven quality of some building materials,resulting in frequent quality problems and various rights protection events in the newspapers.As one of the most important assets of ordinary people,housing construction is very important to enhance people’s sense of happiness,gain and security.Therefore,how to improve the quality of construction project management is very necessary.In the quality management of construction engineering,the quality management in the construction stage has the greatest impact on the quality of construction engineering.It is particularly important to improve the quality management level in the construction stage of construction engineering.Firstly,this paper understands the basic status of quality management in the current construction stage by consulting literature,visiting and investigating quality experts in the industry,project site managers and construction users,and consulting the quality problems controlled by relevant government departments.Then,in order to get rid of the previous qualitative evaluation of the quality management level,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the project quality management level more accurately.Then use the questionnaire survey method to investigate the quality management level of specific projects,collect and sort out data,use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate specific projects,and deeply analyze the causes of the problems from several influencing factors according to the evaluation results and questionnaire data.Finally,combined with the theoretical knowledge learned and the current environment,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide some suggestions for building a high-quality city suitable for living and working,and help the high-quality development of urbanization in China.
