| In recent years,BIM Technology,namely Building Information Model,has developed rapidly in the field of construction,and is used more and more frequently in the teaching activities of engineering costs.In the teaching process of "Measurement and Valuation of Construction Engineering" in secondary vocational schools,the traditional teaching method was often used in the past,and the theoretical knowledge was mainly taught by teachers,and the students played the role of an audience,so the teaching effect was not very ideal.Besides,students have some problems,such as poor reading ability for engineering drawings,low calculation efficiency and high calculation error rate for engineering quantities.In order to solve these problems,this study introduces the software of Revit into the teaching of "Measurement and Valuation of Construction Engineering",and integrates the vivid three-dimensional model of Revit into the teaching,so as to improve the students’ reading ability for engineering drawings,calculation efficiency for engineering quantities and reduce the calculation error rate for engineering quantities.On the basis of reading a large number of literature on teaching methods of secondary vocational education,BIM technology and the application of Revit software,the experimental object and experimental environment of the course teaching were analyzed,the test before the experiment was carried out,the specific experimental process of the course teaching was designed,the software of Revit was integrated into the whole process of the course teaching of "Measurement and Valuation of Construction Engineering",and the teaching practice of engineering drawing recognition and engineering quantity calculation was carried out.In order to compare the teaching effect of Revit software,an experimental class using Revit software and a control class using traditional teaching methods were designed.The teaching practice mainly includes pre class preview,introduction of new courses,classroom explanation and homework arrangement after class.Through teachers’ observation of students’ classroom performance,it can be found that the application of Revit software can greatly improve the students’ level of reading ability for engineering drawings and stimulate students’ interest in learning.Through the analysis of students’ comprehensive scores on SPSSAU website,it is found that the average scores(70.52 and 70.72)of students in the experimental class in the courses of "drawing recognition of column plane construction drawings" and " engineering quantity calculation of concrete quantities of frame columns" are higher than those in the control class(65.52 and 65.04),showing significant differences.It shows that the application of Revit software in teaching can greatly improve students’ calculation efficiency and reduce the error rate.Through interviews and questionnaires,it is found that the students have some opinions on the software of Revit,and most of them can use the software to model.The three-dimensional building model of the software makes it easier for students to master the calculation rules for engineering quantities and understand the practical meaning of different parameters,so as to calculate the engineering quantities combined with the three-dimensional model created by the software of Revit.At the same time,the three-dimensional model of Revit software is imported into BIM calculation software to calculate the engineering quantities,so as to improve the calculation efficiency. |
