A Study On The Application Of Bidding Quotation For Railway Engineering A Project Based On Bill Of Quantities

With the rapid development of railway construction in China,internationalization has become an inevitable trend of railway construction units and construction enterprises.In view of the situation that there is still no unified valuation rule of bill of quantities in the bidding quotation and construction cost management of domestic railway projects,the application of bill of quantities valuation in railway construction projects is studied,which plays an irreplaceable role in the improvement of railway construction level and management level.First of all,by consulting a lot of literature,this paper introduces the background of bill of quantities valuation at home and abroad,and reviews the development of b ill of quantities valuation at home and abroad.Secondly,taking railway engineering a project as an example,through the list comparison,this paper analyzes the concept and valuation process of quota valuation mode and bill of quantities valuation,makes a comparative study on the differences between the two valuation modes,finds out the shortcomings of quota valuation mode in the market economy,and the advantages of bill of quantities valuation.Finally,it explains the advantages of bill of quantities valuation in railway construction market,and puts forward reasonable suggestions to construction enterprises.Based on the bill of quantities valuation and quotation control in railway engineering a project,this paper looks forward to providing reference for the wide promotion of railway engineering.
