| Energy is not only the food for industry and the lifeline of the national economy,but also the most important material basis for social development.Once the energy supply is in short supply,economic and social development will be severely inhibited.Therefore,the sustainable development of energy is an important prerequisite for my country’s sustainable development.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized the importance of sustainable energy development.The State Energy Administration also clearly stated in the "14th Five-Year Plan" modern energy system plan that it should systematically study and solve the problem of balanced development of energy regions,and then promote the development of energy resources.sustainable development.Therefore,exploring a sustainable development path for regional energy is crucial to my country’s long-term and stable development.This paper studies the sustainable development of energy from the provincial level in my country.First of all,this paper introduces the "pressure-state-response" model,namely the PSR framework.By selecting 24 indicators involving three aspects of economy,society and environment,a comprehensive evaluation system for sustainable energy development in my country’s provinces is constructed,and the entropy weight method is used.The weights of various indicators are obtained,and the comprehensive evaluation method is used to measure the scores of the pressure-state-response three subsystems,the PSR coordination degree and the provincial energy sustainable development index.With the lowest score,the PSR coordination degree of each province improved from 2011 to the early stage of 2019 and decreased in the later stage.Then,based on the comprehensive evaluation of the sustainable development level of provincial energy,this paper conducts a spatial autocorrelation test on the provincial energy sustainable development index,namely the ESI index,and finds that there is a spatial aggregation effect in the sustainable development of provincial energy in my country.The spatial Durbin model calculates the degree of influence of influencing factors on the sustainable development of energy in my country’s provinces.The analysis results show that the economic development level,population density,industrialization development level and energy consumption of the surrounding provinces will significantly affect the sustainable development of energy in the province.Level.Finally,combined with the empirical results,this paper puts forward targeted policy suggestions for improving the sustainable development of energy in China’s provinces from the perspectives of energy system construction,the leading role of geographical advantages,and government macro policies. |
