Construction Of Barrier Free Evaluation Index System Of University Campus Environment

With the development and progress of social civilization,the construction of colleges and universities in China will step into a new stage.To establish an open,comprehensive,inclusive and barrier-free campus environment is an urgent problem to be solved.The perfect evaluation index system can fully reflect the current situation of the university campus environment is the foundation for the construction and transformation of the university environment.Therefore,the perfect evaluation index system of the university campus environment accessibility is a powerful guarantee for the construction and all-round development of the university campus environment accessibility.Because of the influence of the outbreak,reduce the flow of people,to prevent the spread of the virus code,the research scope of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is adjusted for Tianjin area,nine universities in Tianjin,a total of 12 campus as the research object,through field investigation,field simulation experience,found that the campus barrier-free environment problems,teasing out the evaluation rules.This study focuses on the construction of campus environment accessible and transform the status quo,building general design as the core,conform to the construction and development of our country’s university campus environment barrier-free evaluation index as the main goal,through the understanding of the barrier-free environment construction in our country related laws and regulations,the related literature at home and abroad reading study,and field survey data,preliminary sorting out the evaluation index of 31.Through interviews with disabled students,questionnaire survey,consulting experts and other methods,combined with the demands of campus learning,life,sports and other barger-free environment,the indicators were screened,and a total of 22 evaluation indicators were finally established from four aspects of the accessibility of the campus,the campus environment,the campus building space and the campus intelligence service.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used as the main research methods to calculate the weight coefficients of each criterion layer and index layer in the index system,so as to establish the detailed rules of the university campus environment accessibility scoring table.The evaluation and comparison of the barrier-free environment status of Tianjin University,Tianjin Normal University and Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts were conducted by using the grading rules table,which directly reflected the barrier-free environment status of each campus.The scores were comprehensively evaluated and optimization suggestions were put forward based on the evaluation results,so as to further verify the feasibility of the indicators.This research adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation method,construct conforms to our country the basic requirements of the university campus environment evaluation index system,fill in the evaluation index system of our country university campus environment barrier-free of blank,so as to our country university campus construction of barrier-free environment,development and transformation to provide reliable evaluation criteria and evaluation basis.
