| The high piled wharf will inevitably be impacted by ships in the normal operation process.The accidental impact of berthing ships on the high piled wharf may cause damage to ships and wharf structures,and in serious cases,it will cause casualties and huge property losses.In addition,the continuous impact of the mooring ship on the high pile wharf under the action of wind,wave and current will also cause irreversible fatigue damage to the high pile wharf.Due to the special structural form of high pile wharf,the repair work after damage is more complicated than that of other structural forms of wharf.Therefore,it is necessary to study the ship impact damage and fatigue damage of high pile wharf.In order to study the dynamic response of High Piled Wharf under ship impact,this paper establishes the collision model of ship impact on High Piled Wharf by using finite element software,calculates and analyzes the variation law of ship impact force,effective stress at the impact point,foundation pile displacement and stress at any time,and studies the effects of impact velocity,impact angle,impact point position,beam stiffness,foundation pile stiffness,ship tonnage and rubber fender on the impact results.The results show that the impact force,the effective stress at the impact point and the maximum displacement at the top of the foundation pile are positively correlated with the ship impact speed,the ship tonnage and the included angle between the ship mid longitudinal section and the wharf apron;The location of the impact point will greatly affect the effective stress at the impact point and the maximum displacement at the top of the foundation pile;Different beam stiffness will affect the damage degree of concrete components at the impact point,and different pile stiffness will affect the deformation and damage degree of foundation pile;Rubber fender can effectively reduce the ship impact force,the maximum effective stress of high pile wharf and the maximum displacement at the top of the foundation pile.In order to study the fatigue damage of the foundation pile of the high pile wharf under the continuous impact of the mooring ship,the time-domain variation of the axial compressive stress of the foundation pile of the high pile wharf is indirectly obtained by using hydrodynamic software and finite element software,and the collision speed screening program is compiled by programming software,Based on the fatigue analysis theory,the fatigue damage of foundation pile of High Pile Wharf under continuous impact of mooring ship is calculated.In addition,based on this method,this paper also studies the effects of different wind and waves,fender damage and other factors on the fatigue damage of foundation piles of high piled wharf.The results show that the wave height and wave period have a significant impact on the fatigue damage of foundation piles,the fender damage will accelerate the damage process of foundation piles of high pile wharf. |
