Due to the fragility and sensitivity of the landscape of inland island cities,in recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the ecological security pattern of inland island cities at home and abroad.The concept of "landscape resilience" needs to be gradually integrated into the identification and foundation of environmental disturbances.However,there is no recognized and truly suitable for China’s national conditions of the coastal island city landscape resilience assessment model;a series of planning and construction experience accumulated on the land It is not fully applicable to near-land island cities.Based on the temporal and spatial trends of big data,combined with field surveys and other methods,this research uses landscape index,remote sensing application index,mobile phone signaling and other data for machine learning and deep learning,and studies the resilience assessment model and spatial environment of coastal island cities.The index weight system promotes the construction of a resilient landscape in Jinwan District that responds to characteristic risks,improves the overall resilience of the Jinwan District and the resilience awareness of residents,and improves the resilience planning strategy of coastal island cities based on landscape resilience assessment.To analyze the resilience of coastal island cities in the ecological security pattern,we must first determine the spatial environmental factors that significantly affect the resilience of the landscape,and clarify specific evaluation models.This study takes the "Resilience Concept" as the core idea,summarizes the spatial environmental index system that has a specific impact on the resilience of the near-land island city landscape,and takes the Jinwan District of Zhuhai City as an example,through the division of resilience units and the use of Bayesian The classifier and geographically weighted regression model analyze the indicators that have significant correlation with the resilience of the near-land island urban landscape,and analyze their influence mechanism.The research has concluded:(1)Whether the same index considers the influence of spatial distribution will characterize different significant degrees of landscape resilience;(2)From the perspective of probability of occurrence,the degree of flat terrain,the degree of land development,the degree of soil sensitivity,and the environment Indicators such as comprehensive disturbance and human activity impact are indicators with higher conditional probability;(3)From the perspective of correlation degree,indicators such as human activity impact,terrain flatness,and land development level generally have a high correlation with landscape resilience.Use mobile phone signaling data to further study the analysis results.According to the spatial environmental characteristic indicators that significantly affect the resilience of inland island cities,establish an inland island city landscape resilience assessment system,and propose an inland island city based on landscape resilience assessment.Resilience planning strategy,and put forward suggestions for the preparation of three types of urban planning: master planning,detailed planning,and related special planning,with a view to providing references for the planning and preparation of future near-land island urban landscape resilience-oriented planning,and for urban planning under resilient urban hot spots The discipline’s landscape ecological security pattern construction provides options,and provides ideas for planning management strategies and coordinating management and control technologies.
