In order to improve the reliability of the power system,the system is generally in the form of component redundancy.Among them,weighted k-out-of-n systems are widely used.Companies performing maintenance on this type of system often consider only the same weights for all component performance levels and do not consider the heterogeneity between component weights,thus ignoring the existence of different performance levels for components.In this thesis,the impact of components with different performance levels on the maintenance strategy is considered,and a preventive maintenance model for a k/n system with two different weighted components is developed,and the cost function without considering the maintenance time and the utilization function with considering the maintenance time are analyzed respectively.In the analysis of the cost function,the ratio of the desired maintenance cost to the desired renewal period is calculated so that the unit cost is minimized.Also,the repair costs of components with different performance levels and the effect of different parameters in the failure time data model on the unit cost are explored.In the analysis of the utilization function,the ratio of the desired working time to the desired total time is calculated so that the unit utilization rate is maximized,and the relationship between the maintenance time of the component and the utilization rate is considered.To highlight the superiority of the model,the maintenance model is compared with the existing maintenance model that considers only one weighted component,and the maintenance model is extended to multiple weighted components.Numerical verification based on historical maintenance data of an electric power enterprise,the minimum maintenance cost and maximum utilization rate and the corresponding optimal preventive maintenance time were obtained respectively,thus enriching the practical significance of the theoretical model.At the same time,the sensitivity analysis of various parameters during the case study provides a theoretical basis for the uncertainty factors that exist in the actual operation of the company.
