Landscape Regeneration Design Of Urban Construction Waste Wasteland

With the deepening of urbanization,the shortage of urban land resources and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious.Under the guidance of the goal of "double carbon",how to stimulate the landscape regeneration value of urban construction waste wasteland through landscape regeneration design has attracted much attention.Firstly,the research uses bibliometrics and visual knowledge map to sort out the relevant literature on landscape regeneration design of construction waste wasteland at home and abroad,and summarizes its theoretical and practical research and development process.On this basis,the related theories are expounded,and the evaluation indexes of landscape regeneration of construction waste wasteland are further selected by means of analysis of construction waste treatment norms and reference of similar site indexes.On this basis,the evaluation system of landscape regeneration of construction waste wasteland is constructed by using expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process,with ecological benefit,landscape aesthetic value,social and cultural value and economic benefit as four criteria layers,and its subordinate index layers have 24 evaluation indexes.The data entry,consistency check of judgment matrix and index weight analysis of the evaluation system are completed by using Yaahp software.According to the results of weight analysis,the order of the weight of the criterion layer is ecological benefit(0.5723)> social and cultural benefit(0.1915)> landscape aesthetic value(0.1824)> economic benefit(0.0538).Based on the results of weight analysis,the scoring standards of each index of landscape regeneration in urban construction waste wasteland are summarized.Taking the central island of Datang River in Qinhuangdao City,Hebei Province as an empirical evaluation object,the current landscape of the site was scored.Based on the scoring results,this paper summarizes the current outstanding problems of the site,and further puts forward some suggestions on the landscape regeneration design of the site:(1)clear the division of traffic streamline and spatial organization;(2)Improve landscape infrastructure and service facilities;(3)Strengthening cultural propaganda and environmental protection science education;(4)enrich the landscape level and landscape artistry;(5)Improve economic benefits and later site operation.On this basis,based on the ecological restoration of the site,aiming at the landscape regeneration of the waste land,and based on the urban context and site history and culture of Qinhuangdao,planning and enriching the landscape function intervals of the site,in order to stimulate the site vitality of the central island of Datang River,promote the urban renewal and construction of Qinhuangdao City,and play a demonstration role in the landscape regeneration design of similar sites.
