| Under harsh competition in market,enterprises pay more and more attention to the competitive advantage of supply chain.With the increasing refinement of social division of labor,most mature enterprises tend to establish appropriate relationships with suppliers to achieve higher profits with low cost,and create new complementary resources,thus improve the efficiency of supply chain management.The main research object of this paper is the management of strategic suppliers by SS Company(China)Purchasing Department,due to their management is still in primary stage.As we know,unstable supplier relationship brings more and more business risks and low profit.So how to select strategic suppliers through scientific evaluation criteria? It is a difficult problem for SS company to optimize the efficiency of supply chain through strategic cooperation.The theoretical basis is supplier management.From the perspective of strategic procurement,extend to strategic supplier selection and relationship management theory.This paper deeply analyzes the actual situation and management problems of the purchasing department of SS company(China),puts forward the necessity of developing strategic suppliers,and establishes a set of scientific and comprehensive evaluation system of strategic suppliers for SS company.Firstly,through the classification of outsourcing materials of SS company,the strategic materials are identified,and the management strategy is strategic cooperation with them.Secondly,through the establishment of an internal expert review panel of SS company,the evaluation indicators of strategic suppliers are scored.The advantages of price、qualified quality、production capacity 、delivery flexibility、 payment and financial advantages、industry environment advantages、Technological innovation and after-sales support、 good corporate social responsibility and the opinions of senior management of SS company are identified.These eight important dimensions are used as the evaluation index for SS company to choose strategic suppliers.The weight of the evaluation index calculated by analytic hierarchy process,and an example to further verify the effectiveness of the evaluation system.Finally,through continuous optimization development,incentive management and risk management of strategic suppliers,the sustainable development of bilateral cooperation can be guaranteed. |
