| As an important part of Chinese economy,the rapidly developing auto industry plays an important role in the society.With a large number of foreign companies flowing into the Chinese market with capital,it has brought a huge impact on the local automotive industry,and automotive companies are facing bigger and more opportunities and challenges.In this contex t,the competition among enterprises is evolving into the competition of supply chain,so supplier evaluation occupies an important position in the supply chain management.Supplier management is closely related to the production and operation of enterpris es,and high-quality qualified suppliers can not only bring lower production and operation costs,but also provide better production solutions for enterprises.When looking for cooperative suppliers,enterprises need to combine their actual situation,scientifically improve the supplier evaluation system,and improve the efficiency of enterprise resource utilization.Taking Y Auto as an example,the thesis analyzes the composition and control status of Y Auto’s supply chain costs,finds its problems in upstream and downstream cost control and internal control in the supply chain,analyzes the causes of the problems,and obtains the following research results based on supply chain management theory,using research methods such as evaluation tools,variable precision rough set models and supplier evaluation classification methods:(1)Combining with the concept and method of supply chain management in automobile manufacturing industry,this paper analyzes the factors and links in the supply chain of automobile production and manufacturing,uses the supplier evaluation tool to classify the suppliers,and selects a set of supplier evaluation indicators of automobile production enterprises.(2)Using the method of supplier evaluation and supplier classification of auto par ts,the supplier classification evaluation system of automobile manufacturing enterprises is designed.According to the actual data of three radiator suppliers in Y enterprise,the decision-making rules between the verification evaluation index and the certification result are analyzed,and the management ability of Y enterprise supplier is continuously strengthened by discovering the stage and bottleneck of the new development supplier and referring to the industry best practice.(3)Designing supplier optimization scheme for Y Automobile Manufacturing Company: Core enterprises located upstream of the supply chain should pay attention to close collaboration with suppliers and optimize the scientific procurement management process;Ente rprises should pay attention to the management of human resources and employees.In internal control management,employees need to strengthen accountability,staff-oriented and innovative inventory model,and control the cost of downstream supply chain through credit evaluation and logistics integration.The implementation of the information technology system ensures the normal flow of supply chain information and assists in supply chain cost management by providing for the creation of an enterprise cost management culture,improved monitoring and assurance systems and risk management systems.Implementation of measures.This paper can provide some guidance for the supply chain management of Y enterprises in the actual production plan from the perspective of enterprise development strategy,and has some innovation and expansion in enterprise risk management and cost control,so that enterprises can make more profit,strengthen the consciousness of integrating resources,and improve core competitiveness. |
