Research On The Development Strategy Of HL Architectural Design Company

The goverment has put forward the policy of housing only but not speculation for the construction industry.The intensification of competition in the construction industry and the impact of the COVID-19 have prompted the construction enterprises to adjust their development strategies.As an important branch of the construction industry,the architectural design industry how to develop continuously and healthily and the architectural design enterprises how to formulate more effective development strategies are issues worthy of in-depth discussion.Taking HL architectural design company as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the development strategy of HL Company by using literature research method,case analysis method and strategic analysis method,that is,PEST method of macro analysis,five forces model of industry analysis and SWOT analysis method within the company,and formulates the future development strategy based on the track of past development strategy at the time point of 2020.The results show that HL Company implements engineering integration and comprehensive development of industrial chain services in business layout;In terms of market layout,adapt to the external environment of the transfer of the focus of urbanization,the transformation of market structure,and vigorously develop green buildings and prefabricated buildings,develop the market in multiple directions,and begin to layout the international market;In terms of competitive layout,we have the conditions to adopt differentiated positioning,optimize business layout,take the differentiated development path of quality improvement,and try to carry out strategic design according to the standards of international architectural design companies;In terms of internal management layout,timely establish modern enterprise system and pay attention to the construction of enterprise culture;In terms of the company’s development scale layout,pay attention to cultivating brands,strengthen the company’s R & D and innovation,enter the M & A and restructuring market when the time is ripe,become bigger and stronger,and enhance the company’s anti risk ability by relying on the advantage of scale;In terms of giving full play to the company’s external advantages,we should make good use of and give full play to the advantages of private enterprises and flexible operation mechanism.This paper focuses on the formulation and implementation of the company’s development strategy,and the policy suggestions of HL Company are obtained,which can be summarized as follows: first,in the formulation of development strategy,it puts forward five targeted development modes,namely: the integrated product design and service mode of the whole industrial chain,the optimization of domestic medium and high-end market structure + the superposition development mode of domestic and foreign markets from an international perspective Monopoly competition development mode =differentiated medium and high-end competition + popular price competition,localized culture + international vision,innovation + brand + scale + capital + flexible mechanism.Second,in the implementation of the development strategy,it puts forward four tasks to be carried out in the short term: establishing the county and city construction market department,establishing the new technology department,establishing the human resources department and realizing the comprehensive budget management;Four tasks need to be carried out in the medium and long term: unified standard chain operation,paying attention to the promotion and maintenance of the company’s brand;Innovation and development,and the company is transforming to informatization and digitization;Focus on the layout of "new infrastructure" and plan ahead;Implement the budget system and fine cost accounting.
