Research On Space International Cooperation Under The Vision Of A Community With A Shared Future For Mankind

As more and more countries,international organizations and private entities enter space,confrontation and competition around space become more frequent,and international cooperation in space is facing challenges.The concept of a community with a shared future for mankind is a logical continuation of Marxist thought on world history and an innovative development of Marxist theory on international relations.It aims at the common development of mankind,advocates values such as joint construction,coexistence and sharing,and pays attention to the interests and needs of different groups.This is highly consistent with the fact that space is borderless,the common interests of mankind and space power "enters into global existence".China is actively promoting space as the best practice for the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,safeguarding and expanding security and development interests in space,and building an inclusive,inclusive and harmonious space civilization.This paper summarizes the ideological origin and connotation requirements of the concept of a community of shared future for mankind,highlights the applicability of this concept to international space cooperation,analyzes the main situation of current cooperation,and summarizes three characteristics of cooperation.This paper holds that the main problems and challenges facing space cooperation are the unbalanced development of space power,the complexity of interest conflicts between countries and the imperfect mechanism of space cooperation.In this regard,based on the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind,this paper puts forward countermeasures to promote international cooperation in space,and puts forward suggestions on forming a concept of international cooperation in space featuring peace,universal benefits and joint construction,promoting balance of power in space based on space strength,and building a just,reasonable and strong mechanism for space cooperation.
