With the advancement of economic globalization,informatization and knowledge,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,the construction market challenges are severe,and the internal and external environment variables are large.However,with one belt,one road strategy and the Yangtze River economic belt,the international construction market,infrastructure construction and new urbanization are the major opportunities for the development of China's construction industry.The strategic adjustment of construction enterprises in the new situation of both opportunities and challenges is very important for the survival and development of enterprises.Exploring the strategic transformation of small and medium-sized construction enterprises in the new situation is of great significance for the long-term development of KH construction enterprises and the acquisition of strategic competitiveness.It is also enlightening for thinking about the development direction and strategic adjustment of the construction industry.In this paper,KH construction company is selected as the research object to study the strategic adjustment and strategic development planning of enterprises in the new situation.This paper uses PEST model and Porter's five forces model to analyze the external environment of enterprises,and further analyzes the internal environment basis of enterprises by discussing the resource basis,capability basis and core competitiveness of enterprises.On this basis,SWOT strategic analysis tool is used to identify the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of KH company,which lays a solid foundation for exploring the strategic choice of KH company.Finally,combined with the company's positioning,vision and strategic objectives,the company's strategic planning at the macro level and the strategic plan at the functional level are formulated,and finally the strategic safeguard measures are put forward.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)SO strategy and WO strategy are the better strategic choices for KH company to make progress in stability and grow rapidly.(2)In order to achieve the strategic objectives of the company,the strategic deployment of KH company at the macro level is the "three-step" strategy,that is,focusing on professional operation,extending integration based on the industrial chain to the upstream and downstream value links,and building a value ecosystem.At the functional level,the corresponding strategic plans are deployed around the organizational structure,institutional system,human resources,information management,financial financing,corporate culture construction and other aspects.(3)KH company needs to formulate a series of strategic guarantee measures in technical innovation,qualification,talent construction and salary design to ensure the implementation process and effect of the strategy.
