Research On The Development Strategy Of R Enterprise Under The Background Of Construction Industrialization

The concept of building industrialization has been introduced into China for more than half a century.However,due to various reasons,the promotion and development of building industrialization in China has not been smooth.Faced with the severe situation of tight resource constraints,severe environmental pollution,and degraded ecological environment,the industrialization of buildings will be of great significance to the long-term development of construction companies.This article first discusses the advantages of building industrialization compared to the traditional construction industry,combined with the current environment,clarified that the traditional construction companies take the development route of building industrialization is the future development direction of construction companies.Then,by summarizing the origin,current situation and trends of domestic and international construction industrialization,it is discussed that the traditional construction enterprises' implementation of the development strategy of building industrialization is the inevitable way to eliminate backward production methods and achieve sustainable development of the company.Taking the R construction enterprise as the research object,it analyzes the basic situation of the R company and the problems existing in the current development strategy such as the vagueness of the development goal,weak development awareness,and backward thinking,etc.The analysis is based on the PEST analysis method,the SWOT analysis method,and the“five-force” analysis model.The basic theory of resources and resources as a means to analyze the internal and external environment faced by the enterprise reveals that the R company's implementation of the development strategy of building industrialization is an inevitable choice to improve the operating conditions and adapt to the external environment.Finally,we will design the implementation plan for the R enterprise development strategy,including the company's vision and mission,strategic objectives and strategic choices,guide the R enterprise to get rid of the current development dilemma,implement the enterprise development strategy smoothly,and ensure that the enterprise achieves its own sustainable development.
