In recent years,with the development of the domestic economy entering a new normal,the adjustment of the economic structure has increased,and the overall economic growth rate has stabilized.The infrastructure construction is becoming more and more perfect,the investment in infrastructure construction is slowing down,and the engineering construction enterprises have encountered unprecedented development pressure.The survival pressure of private construction enterprises in construction enterprises is particularly prominent.According to statistics,since 2012,the loss rate of private engineering enterprises has increased from 11.5%to 15.7%in 2017,showing a year-on-year growth trend.The strategic transformation of construction engineering enterprises,especially private construction engineering enterprises,is the only way to enhance their core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development at this stage.Only a successful transformation can achieve sustainable development of the company.Therefore,the development and implementation of strategic transformation at this stage is very important for construction companies.This article takes GH construction company as an example,combines the internal and external environment of GH construction engineering company,applies SWOT analysis method to analyze the current situation of GH construction company,summarizes the current strategic problems of GH construction company,and focuses on the strategy of GH construction company.The existing problems are based on the related knowledge and theory of economics,management,enterprise strategic management theory and core competitiveness theory,combined with the guiding ideology of the company's strategic transformation,and proposed(1)to determine the core competitiveness of GH Construction Company;(2)Expanding overseas markets;(3)Conducting light asset management;(4)Promoting diversification of company equity;(5)Improving corporate information management,promoting BIM technology construction and other relevant strategic development paths,and according to the strategic transformation path,The paper puts forward corresponding safeguard measures and suggestions for rebuilding corporate culture,adjusting employee incentive mechanism,adjusting enterprise organizational structure,strengthening talent team construction,reshaping company brand,and increasing technology research and development investment.Finally,the author summarizes the research of this paper and the next research proposes a prospect.
