With the progress and development of the times,my country’s investment in teachers’ continuing education has increased,and the market size of the teacher training industry has increased year by year.Teacher training institutions have ushered in new development opportunities.In order to seize this development opportunity,many teacher training institutions are discussing how to improve their market competitiveness.At the same time,due to the serious homogenization of training in the past,it is difficult to guarantee the quality of training.Therefore,the competent education department has also put forward higher requirements for the organization and implementation of training by various teacher training institutions.This paper believes that the final effectiveness of training is closely related to the training services provided in the training process.Training institutions need to respect the needs and training experience of customers.By optimizing service management,the quality of teacher training services can be effectively improved,thereby improving students’ perception of the institution.Satisfaction and build a good reputation to form a competitive advantage.This paper takes QT teacher education institutions as the research object.First,it expounds the relevant concepts of service management in the teacher training industry,as well as the relevant theoretical and applied research on service management at home and abroad,and uses the SERVPERF model to construct a service quality diagnosis system suitable for the teacher training industry.,to complete the design and distribution of the questionnaire;secondly,after statistical analysis of the data collected by the questionnaire,it is known that the overall performance of the service quality of the teacher training projects organized and implemented by the current QT teacher education institutions is average,and it is urgent to optimize service management to achieve The improvement of the overall training service quality;thirdly,the service quality problems found in the survey are combined with the actual situation of the company,and the survey items and their low-scoring performance are sorted and analyzed,and the current service management problems in the training project are obtained.,in view of the existing problems,design an optimization scheme of service management,and propose the expected effect and guarantee measures of the implementation of the optimization scheme.By exploring the service management optimization scheme design of QT teacher education institutions,we hope to provide some references for service management research in the teacher training industry and even the education industry.
