| With the continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of living standards,people’s demand for automobiles is also showing a diversified and customized trend which requires higher flexible of production line and more difficulty in production planning.At present,manual production planning is widely adopted in all stamping shop which should fully consider material,parts storage,container quantity,storage area and next process production needs and it caused long time difficulty in modification,unconsidered factors and constraints which can’t be suitable for demand of diversity and small-batch production demand.So it is necessary to develop advanced planding and scheduling system for stamping shop.The thesis surveyed stamping shop in main auto companies of domestic and overseas and took stamping shop of J company as research object,found out the problem of manual production plan and analysis root reason.Used JIT lean production,manufacturing execution system,advanced planning and scheduling,operational research as research basis.Combined many document research,questionnaire survey and case analysis.Optimized production lines’ flexibility,die transfer method,logistics route,parts container number and storage area and provided a model based on restriction such as overall equipment efficiency,energy consumption,parts storage,established one advanced planning and scheduling system.In order to run the project successfully,we used four safeguard measures by culture,organization,politics and resources.Advanced planning and scheduling project brought many improvement in J company stamping shop such as shop organization,parts storage area and energy consumption,reduced parts storage and improved company’s competitiveness.The research also could make references and bring solution for other stamping shop and auto suppliers’ company.Figure 31,Table 6,reference 63... |
