| After the financial crisis in 2008,blockchain technology appeared,and the blockchain application represented by Bitcoin has been profoundly changing the existing financial transaction model.With the development of technology,blockchain technology is also being further deeply integrated with the real economy.This paper takes the existing copyright transaction platform of Company A as the research object,and focuses on the combination of blockchain technology and copyright trading mode based on the information asymmetry theory and Value discovery theory.By establishing a blockchain-based artwork copyright transaction mechanism,we will explore a new artwork copyright transaction model that is safe and reliable with the fair and transparent rules to make data credible and traceable.This paper studies the status quo and existing problems of Company A’s current artwork copyright transaction model by using the case study method.In this paper,the characteristics of block chain technology and art copyright transaction are combined to study NFT copyright transaction mode and aided design.In terms of the NFT copyright transaction model,the focus is on the design based on the automated transaction model of blockchain technology and transparent billing methods.Human intervention in the transaction process are reduced as far as possible,and stylized and standardized content to the program for execution are handled to programs,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of mutual trust and revenue sharing among all parties.At the same time,in the auxiliary design of NFT copyright transaction,the technology of the alliance blockchain is used.The parties involved in the copyright transaction of artworks and the copyright registration center,notary office and other institutions are in the same alliance blockchain,which simplifies the process of copyright deposit and registration,and strengthens the protection of copyright monitoring and protection. |
