Research On Evaluation Of Location Selection Of Railway Cold Chain Logistics Base In Wu-Qing Corridor

It is the logistics industry that plays a significant role in the development of the national economy.Cold chain logistics,an important part of the logistic industry,has an impact on people’s daily life.Cold chain logistics products are a necessity for people’s daily life,the quality of which directly affects the health and standard of living of residents.Furthermore,the quality of logistics products is directly determined by the transport efficiency of cold chain logistics.However,it is helpful to improve transportation efficiency by constructing a developed and efficient cold chain transportation network and setting a reasonable cold chain logistics base.Moreover,it is of great significance to improve the efficiency of cold chain circulation and complete the cold chain logistics network system in China.This paper investigates the location selection problem of the railway cold chain logistics base in Wu-Qing corridor.We first illustrate the relevant concepts and classification of railway cold chain logistics and logistics bases.Then,we analyze the development status of domestic and foreign cold chain logistics,and further analyze the cold chain logistics market In China.Based on the analysis,we summarize the problems existing in the development of railway cold chain logistics in China,i.e.,the low market share of cold chain logistics and the underdevelopment in the construction of railway cold chain logistics bases.However,it is the construction of railway cold chain logistics bases that has a key role in perfecting the entire cold chain logistics system.In view of this,this paper analyzes the necessity of building a railway cold chain logistics base in the Wu-Qing corridor.Using the multiple linear regression method,the quantity of railway cold chain delivered and arrival can be forecasted in each major city in the channel.Then,this paper analyzes the key factors that affect the location selection of railway cold chain logistics bases and determines the alternative set of railway cold chain logistics bases in Wu-Qing corridor based on the conditions of the cold chain logistics industry in Wuqing corridor.By comparing the existing evaluation methods,this paper constructs an evaluation model for the location selection of the railway cold chain logistics base in the Wu-Qing corridor based on the entropy-data envelopment analysis(EM-DEA)method.Meanwhile,this paper considers the correlation between cities in the channel so that the index evaluation system is well established.Numerical experiments show that the cities with the highest coordinated development score of cold chain logistics bases in Wu-Qing channel are: Qingdao,Zhengzhou,Jinan,and Xi’an.In order to illustrate the influence of various factors on the location selection of the railway cold chain logistics base in Wu-Qing corridor,this paper analyzes the fluctuation of the ideal value with and without consideration of each index in detail.Finally,the influence of the indicators on the evaluation results was tested on the supply and demand sides.
