| With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up,the service industry has developed rapidly and occupies a higher and higher position in the whole national economy.As an important part of China’s service industry,human resources service industry has sprouted since the 1980 s.It has experienced the development stages of initial exploration,diversified development,system construction,innovation and optimization.So far,it has a large business scale.Human resources service industry can be divided into seven categories: talent recruitment,human resources and social security transactional agency,personnel consultation,labor dispatch,human resources system analysis and planning,human resources legal services and enterprise training.It is a typical labor-intensive enterprise,and all personnel services depend on people.Therefore,Establishing a s Tab.staff team is the basis to ensure the sustainable development of the company.ZB company is a Beijing regional company subordinate to Z group.The nature of the company is a state-owned enterprise.Its specific business belongs to the scope of human resources and social security affairs agency and labor dispatch.Most of these businesses are practical and process basic work,and the requirements for staff’s academic experience,work experience,quality and ability are not high,In addition,because the superior units have control over the staffing and payroll of state-owned enterprises,in order to meet the needs of business development,ZB company takes the front-line business Posts engaged in basic affairs as outsourcing posts,and the recruited employees sign outsourcing contracts,but they are uniformly managed by ZB company.Outsourced employees are an important part of the staff team.In recent years,the outsourcing employees of ZB company have been uns Tab.,and the turnover rate shows an upward trend.The frequent turnover of employees leads to the interruption of daily business progress,the reduction of service quality,and even some turnover risks,which has brought many negative effects to the company.This problem has become an important factor affecting the healthy development of ZB company.Based on the above background,this thesis takes ZB company as the research object,uses the literature research method and AHP analytic hierarchy process to establish the turnover intention evaluation model of ZB company’s outsourcing employees,then uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the job satisfaction of outsourcing employees,quantifies and brings the survey results into the evaluation model,and obtains the current turnover intention evaluation results of ZB company’s outsourcing employees,And put forward corresponding improvement countermeasures for the company management problems found in the research process.The purpose of this study is to help ZB company understand the turnover intention of outsourcing employees,find targeted countermeasures to stabilize the workforce and reduce the turnover of outsourcing employees,so as to control the risk of employee turnover and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the company’s business. |
