| With the rapid development of China’s electrified railway,the traditional operation and maintenance management mode is no longer suitable for the existing equipment and personnel structure.Railway development urgently needs to make use of modern information technology to enter the era of scientific management,information management and intelligent management.In recent years,with the rapid growth of railway construction mileage in Yunnan,Yunnan Railway has ushered in a leapfrog development stage.As an important equipment management unit of Yunnan Railway,K power supply section of Yunnan Railway governs the power supply equipment of more than 1400 km main line railway in Yunnan Province and provides continuous electric power for railway locomotive operation and production.It is faced with the current situation of increasing number of equipment,high degree of informatization,shortage of personnel and pressure of operation and management.Put forward higher requirements for the management business of K power supply section;The existing management information system of K power supply section has many problems,such as insufficient application,incomplete function,system dispersion and so on,which has not played an effective auxiliary role in the production management of K power supply section,resulting in prominent management contradictions,low production efficiency and passive safety and emergency management of K power supply section.This paper aims to solve the management problems faced by K power supply section from the perspective of management information system.Taking the management information system of Yunnan Railway K power supply section as the research object,based on the management information system planning and equipment management theory,using the methods of literature research,interview and case analysis,and based on the reality of Yunnan Railway K power supply section,this paper analyzes the existing management information system of K power supply section from the aspects of business process,management system and system application,and finds out the problems and causes of system application,Then it analyzes the information system requirements of K power supply section,puts forward the reengineering scheme of K power supply section management information system,optimizes and integrates the existing information system functions of K power supply section,reengineers the main processes,and improves the design of multiple auxiliary function modules such as material management,emergency management and personnel management.Finally,it puts forward the implementation guarantee measures of K power supply section system reengineering from the aspects of personnel,system and technology,Gradually promote the construction of a "safe,reliable,fully applicable,intelligent response,expansion and compatibility" power supply management information system,which will help to improve the information management level of K power supply section and reduce the management cost. |
