| In the context of achieving the“double carbon”targets,China has been increasing its efforts to develop and utilise biomass energy,and the biomass power generation model has become an emerging hotspot,not only to solve the high pollution and energy consumption problems caused by the farming industry,but also to relieve the pressure on local power supply.Nevertheless,the current scope of biomass power supply technology is limited and not widely used,and the biomass power supply system has problems such as insufficient power supply and grid-connected harmonic pollution.With the above problems in mind,taking Binzhou Zhongyu pig farm as the research object,this article designs a biomass power generation system that can solve the power supply problem and environmental pollution problem of the pig farm,and also prevent grid-connected harmonic pollution to ease the pressure of local power supply.In the first place,the biomass power generation system is designed according to the electricity demand of the pig farm.Through investigating the scale of pig farming and load power,analyzing the status of domestic and foreign research on biomass power generation comparing biomass power generation technology,and determining the application of biomass biogas power generation technology and electrical equipment parameters of power generation system.In the second step,the overall biomass power generation system and subsystem models are built separately for simulation and analysis by Simulink platform.In order to make the system power supply stable and design the vanadium battery(VRB)energy storage device with the effect of peak-shaving and valley-filling,a three-phase voltage PWM rectifier and bi-directional DC-DC converter are selected to realize the stable charging and discharging of VRB;in order to make the system grid-connected to quickly and accurately track the grid voltage,phase,frequency and other electrical parameters,the grid-connected system selects the inverter controlled by phase-locked loop(PLL)to improve the frequency stability.And then,the residual power grid connection monitoring system,solar assisted fermentation heating system and intelligent environment monitoring system are designed for residual power grid connection,biogas fermentation and pig house environment respectively as peripheral auxiliary systems of power generation system.Monitoring system of residual power to the grid can prevent pollution to the grid by monitoring the electrical parameters of the grid side and the grid side during grid connection;solar-assisted fermentation temperature increasing system ensures that the temperature of the fermentation system is at the optimum temperature for medium temperature anaerobic fermentation when the ambient temperature is low;intelligent environment monitoring system intelligently adjusts the environment of the pig house to ensure that commercial pigs grow in the best environment.Finally,the designed biomass power generation system is run on a pilot basis to calculate the production of biogas and biomass fertilizer,heat production and power generation respectively,to analyze the comprehensive benefits of the system,and to verify the feasibility of applying biomass power generation to pig farms from examples and data.The power generation system designed in this article has a power generation efficiency of47%,a daily power generation capacity of 3322.2 k W?h,a daily production of 1961.1m~3 of biogas after anaerobic fermentation,a daily production of 43t of biogas fertilizer,a dry matter(TS)content of 3.5%in biogas fertilizer and a daily heat production of 1.07×107kcal.In addition to solving the environmental pollution problem,it can also supply electricity to the pig farm,and the use of residual electricity to the grid can ease the pressure of local power supply,realising the green low-carbon and recyclable development of farming-biogas-electricity-fertilizer,providing a theoretical basis and factual basis for the sustainable development of green recycling industry,with greater practical application value. |
